Authenticated Client Network

To mitigate transactional risk of Buyers who can’t provide proof of funds, or Sellers who can’t provide proof of product, we have a strict 10 point Authentication process that MUST be approved for our representation.

General Terms of Trade

Supply Agreements

When buying natural resources from us you are securing a Supply Agreement for our natural resource partners to supply the commodity you request, and for our team to arrange logistics and export to you.

Product Price

Our price is determined by global supply and demand for ongoing supply agreements for each commodity using PLATTS, LME and other recognized indexes.

Payment Terms

We act according to ICC responsible trade practice engaging bank to bank payment terms agreed by each party, which can include Letter of Credit LC (MT700), SBLC MT760, or MT103 depending on the payment term agreed.

Inspection

Quality and Quantity is final according to Certificate of Inspection given by Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) on inspection at the Loading Port or Discharge Port depending on your product.

Shipping Options

We use a variety of INCOTERMS 2020 for each transaction, but mainly FOB, at many of the global ports and recognized destinations around the world.

Product Ownership

Once the transfer of payment is received, we will issue the Certificate of Transfer of Ownership to the Buyer for each and every shipment throughout the supply agreement term.
